We perform daily individual cPanel hosting backups. All backups that are taken by the server are automatically dumped into Amazon S3 buckets. These backups are done only for PanelSecure's safety measures. We offer only "One Free" restore every month per cPanel, additional restore will be billed at $5 Per Restore Per cPanel. This is because it is extremely time consuming for us to search through the backup archive at Amazon S3, identify the backup file and restore it for you.
Please note that we cannot restore individual files, folders or database which involves lot of manual work. All that we do is just terminate the cPanel account and restore the previous Amazon S3 cPanel backup file. Also note that we only retain, 2 daily backups, 1 weekly backup and 1 monthly backup (subject to recycle).
